TRIAL LESSON
Our no-commitment trial lesson gives you the opportunity to ‘give it a go’ and get a feel for what Winchester Piano Studios is all about.
If you take no further lessons with Winchester Piano Studios then your trial lesson is completely free.
If you wish to continue lessons with Winchester Piano Studios your trial lesson is billed as your first lesson.

LESSON TIMES
We understand that everyone has changeable commitments on a weekly basis and so we offer a flexible approach to the scheduling of lessons.
The agreed time slot on the agreed day is reserved automatically each week.
Should you be unable to attend a lesson, all we ask is that you let us know before the day of the lesson. You can either change the time or day of the lesson or postpone the lesson until the following week or a more convenient time.
Lessons moved, missed or cancelled on the day of the lesson will be chargeable.
In the unlikely event that Winchester Piano Studios is unable to provide a lesson, prior notice will be given and if available, an alternative lesson time offered.
Winchester Piano Studios offer lessons during school holiday periods if required.

PAYMENTS
Lessons are payable in four week blocks in advance. An invoice will be supplied one week in advance of any monies being due.
Any additional costs such as music books and examination/competition fees will be added on to the next invoice.
Payments can be made by cheque or cash (exact payment is useful).
All invoices that remain unpaid one week after they become due will incur a late payment charge of £3.75. An amended reminder invoice incorporating this charge will be posted via 2nd class Royal Mail.
Should you wish to stop lessons with Winchester Piano Studios no notice is required. Any lessons paid for but not taken nor cancelled on the day of the lesson will be refunded.

SUCCESS
Learning a new skill is a two way process; commitment is required both from the trainer and the trainee. Regular practice is an important part of the process.
For those students who enter examinations and/or competitions, it is important to remember that Winchester Piano Studios can never guarantee the desired result.
